Fixxon is a two-part labelling system designed specifically for care homes. It combines durable, laser-etched buttons (customised with a resident’s name or room number) with a handheld tool that attaches each label.
Our Fixxon applicator attaches each label quickly and securely. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and designed to cause minimal damage to fabric. Ideal for care home teams managing large volumes of laundry.
Each button is laser-etched with a resident’s name, room number, or both. They’re smooth, discreet, and laundry-safe. Our buttons can be reused across garments, even tricky items like socks.

Lost clothing is a daily frustration in care homes and schools. Traditional labelling methods are often slow, scratchy, or simply don’t last; leading to lost items, irritated skin, and overworked staff.
We developed the Fixxon system with engineers to be quick to apply, smooth against skin, and tough enough for over 1,000 washes. No sharp edges, no peeling labels – just discreet, reliable name tags.
Fixxon is based in Wales. Our labels are manufactured in South Wales and the South West of England, with every order quality-checked by our team.
Before we installed the system, 20 to 30 items a day were being lost. After using Fixxon this has gone down to just 1 item in the last week. Residents and families were visibly upset by the problems with laundry, and Fixxon has completely sorted it out.
The Fixxon system has reduced our loss of laundry by 99.9%. I am personally highly delighted with the system.

We have been using the Fixxon labelling system at Green Tree Court since our opening in October 2014.
